Wet Bar Stocked with beautiful Barware in Living room. Kitchen includes newer dishwasher, microwave, range, refrigerator, and disposal. Master bedroom has a new luxurious King-sized pillow top mattress for the bed, an ensuite bathroom,  and opens to a direct  beachfront view
		2nd bedroom has a King sized bed and a twin sized bed with quilts and has new white wicker furniture. There is an extra rollaway twin bed. 3rd bedroom has two new pillow top twin beds. Both rooms have panoramic views of intra-coastal waterways.
			Both Full Bathrooms are Sparkling Clean All Household items necessary for normal living. 4 cable TVs, DVD, VCR, and surround sound CD stereo system and high speed internet access! Private washer/dryer. Building security. Elevator.

WEEKLY RENTAL RATES:

• Minimum stay 1 week during high season.

• We prefer Saturday - Saturday weeks, but ask!

• Rates are based on 6 guests. 

• Balance, including departure fee and security deposit due at least 30 days prior to arrival.  We gladly accept cash, personal checks, travelers checks, cashiers checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard  (We prefer cash, personal checks, travelers checks, cashiers checks, money orders to avoid a credit card charge). 

• Cancellation requires 45 days notice prior to arrival for full refund (less $50 service fee).

• Credit Card Number is used for a security deposit.

• All payments must be made in US funds. Currency Converter

• Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

• All persons under 21 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian).

• Cribs or highchairs can be rented at $35.00-$50.00/week.

• Sorry, no pets are allowed.

restaurants and things to do:

The Pub is across the street and offers great seafood and inter-coastal waterfront dining.  They have an excellent breakfast buffet on weekends!

The Hungry Fisherman (owner's choice) is walking distance and has excellent seafood - a must!

P.J.'s Oyster House is a two minute drive and worth the trip (also owner's choice).  This is a casual fun spot. 

The Salt Rock Grill offers fine dining (and considered the best in town).  A reservation is suggested.

T.J.'s Pizzeria delivers and is even better than New York City's Pizza (owner's choice).  They deliver straight to the pool!

Thai Pan Alley delivers excellent Thai Food!!!  They can also deliver to the pool!

Boating of every kind is offered at John's Pass.  Many things to do!!!

Snorkeling and Scuba Diving activities are available too. 

Golfing and Tennis can be played by those wanting a change of pace. 

There are many gift shops around - if you are in the mood!

Malls and Grocery stores are nearby.
